She has done B.Sc. (hons) Yogic Science from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalay, haridwar & a 300 hour YTTC from Patanjali Yogpeeth. 

With a deep-rooted passion for yoga and its practical applications, she excels in researching and implementing various yoga techniques that deliver tangible benefits. Her commitment to holistic well-being is evident from her extensive experience in leading over 35 yoga and meditation workshops across universities and schools. She integrates scientific rigor and real-world results to demonstrate the effectiveness of yoga.

Beyond her yoga expertise, she is also deeply involved in complementary wellness disciplines such as acupressure, Ayurveda, and naturopathy, with a focus on how these practices enhance daily lifestyle.

Her professional journey includes over 1.5 years of impactful work with Roooted, where she has actively contributed to wellness initiatives that blend traditional wisdom with modern living.
